Can I get a discount for multiple books?
Absolutely! If you have multiple books that need formatting, please contact Mrlasers with the specifics.
How long does the conversion process take?
Standard ebook formatting and/or print layout takes around seven calendar days from receipt of all necessary manuscript, image, and other files. For particularly complex or specialized books, delivery time may be longer.
Rush delivery can typically be arranged for an additional fee.
Can I make changes after you’ve formatted my book?
We are always happy to provide alterations to our formatting until you are completely satisfied. Author errors or other corrections not related to the formatting or layout provided by MrLasers may require additional fees, but these will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
What forms of payment do you accept?
MrLasers uses credit card processing services provided by PayPal.com, allowing invoices to be paid with any major credit card or your PayPal balance. A PayPal account is not required to use this service. We can also accept personal or business checks upon request.
